Japanese Saga Wagyu beef

The meat is distinguished by a beautiful fine-grained marbling known as tsuya-sashi, or glossy marbling. The sweet rich taste of Saga beef has a scent of coconut once it is cooked and is enjoyed worldwide.
At Square One this month, the Saga beef- steak is served with salad garnish and your choice of our signature sauces, including back pepper, béarnaise, mushroom, chimichurri, and café de Paris butter.

The culinary journey starts with came salada and traditional cured beef, beans, onions, and Trentino grana foam.
Then, you will be invited to savor the authentic dishes of Trentino with aged speck and apple risotto. Meat lovers should not miss the white wine braised pork shank, served with grilled polenta, cabbage and milk.
The dinner will end well with deconstructed apple strudel. Do not forget to treat yourself to a sip of Torbreck, Old Vines 2012, Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvedre, Barossa Valley from Australia.
